Embrace Your Passion
I discovered my affection for music at an early age by drumming on chairs, pots and pans. It was encouraging when my parents purchased a drum set for me. In school, I was driven by my passion for music. It led me to band and choir. At church along with the drums, I also played organ, piano, keyboards, percussion and bass. I began recording, producing music, and writing songs by the time I was thirteen years-old.

I began recording as a teenager when I found my dad's two-track reel to reel that he listened to in the Air Force. I honed my craft working diligently in my home studio. The music had to be right; it had to be great. When I was sixteen, the first demo recorded in my home studio landed my cousin, Al B. Sure!, a major label record deal. From there, It was onto The Hit Factory and Unique Recording Studio.

I find inspiration everywhere all around me. From the sounds of the streets - doors slamming, sirens blaring, footsteps - to different genres, styles and music cultures from all over the world. It's like an endless well of water and colors that I can draw from to inspire my own creations.
